Shipping & Returns

Shipping

  • Orders that consist entirely of in-stock items will ship within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders that consist of both in-stock and out-of-stock items will ship within 1-2 business days of the out-of-stock items becoming available.
  • Orders that consist entirely of out-of-stock items will ship within 1-2 business days of the out-of-stock items becoming available.
  • Out-of-stock items typically ship within 2 weeks.
  • Orders that qualify for free shipping will ship via USPS First Class Mail.

To get an estimate regarding when out-of-stock items will become available or when your back-ordered item(s) will ship, please email support@riptiderails.com or contact us via the Contact Us page that is linked at the bottom of our website. Please include your order # if inquiring about an active order.

 

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned within 14 days, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

To initiate the return process, please send an email to support@riptiderails.com so that we can provide you with a return shipping label. In your email please include your name, order number, and the item(s) being returned.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. 

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If your return is rejected, we will contact you in an attempt to reach a resolution.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 5 business days, contact your bank or credit card issuer. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer's processing time, it can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to show up in your account.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need to exchange a product, please return your original purchase by referring to the Returns section and submit a new order for the correct item(s).
