SHIPPING

  • Orders that consist entirely of in-stock items typically ship within 1 - 2 business days.
  • Orders that consist of both in-stock and backorder items or consist entirely of backorder items will ship within 1 - 2 business days of the backorder items becoming available.
  • Backorder items typically ship within 1 week.
  • Orders that qualify for free shipping will ship via USPS First Class Mail.

  • After receiving your order confirmation email, we will work diligently to prepare your order for shipment. Our order processing time is 1-2 business days for orders with all items in stock. Once your order is processed and securely packed, we will ship it via the method you selected at checkout (First Class Mail or Priority Shipping). Orders placed with a faster shipping method are still subject to standard processing times. You will receive a notification email when your order is shipped. Please be advised that shipments are only sent on business days. Processing times can be longer during sales, promotions, and holidays.

PLEASE NOTE: Our products are not currently available to persons outside the United States, and they are not available to residents of and persons in the State of New Jersey, which criminalizes the possession of unregistered weapons. OUR PRODUCTS ARE ILLEGAL IN THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY. THE PURCHASE OF “GHOST GUN” PARTS FOR ASSEMBLY IS UNLAWFUL IN NEW JERSEY. THE CONTENTS OF THIS WEBSITE ARE NOT INTENDED AND SHOULD NOT BE CONSTRUED AS AN ADVERTISEMENT OR OFFER FOR THE SALE OF “GHOST GUN” PARTS TO NEW JERSEY RESIDENTS OR ANY PERSON IN NEW JERSEY.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

We offer optional shipping insurance for your package. If insurance is not purchased at checkout, you accept the risk of theft or USPS potentially damaging, losing, or misdelivering your package. We will not replace or refund lost, stolen, damaged, or misdelivered orders that are purchased without insurance. If the wrong address was provided on your order, Riptide Rails is not liable for any lost packages.

If you did not purchase insurance and there are any issues with your package delivery, the best chance of recovering a lost or misdelivered package is for you to contact your local post office directly and work with them to recover the package. The carrier should have done a scan on the package at the time of delivery that can be tracked with GPS to determine if they delivered it to your mailbox or another person's. The sooner you can contact your local post office, the more likely they can figure out what happened and recover your package. 

If you purchase insurance and your package is stolen, damaged, lost, or misdelivered, please contact us immediately. We will file a claim with USPS once we are able to do so. USPS requires claims to be submitted no sooner than 15 days and no later than 60 days after a shipment is sent. Upon approval of the insurance claim, we will issue a refund or replace the order per your preference. 

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned within 14 days of being delivered to your address, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Contact Us page. In your email, please include your name, order number, the item(s) being returned, and the tracking information for the return package.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your return(s), we will inspect the item(s). If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you paid for shipping, your refund will not include the shipping cost. If your order qualified for free shipping and your return brings the total purchase amount below the $85 threshold for free shipping, your refund will be for the product you are returning less our cost of shipping.

If your return is rejected, we will contact you in an attempt to reach a resolution.

If you have not received your refund within 5 business days, please contact your bank or credit card issuer. Depending on your bank's or credit card issuer's processing time, refunds can take anywhere from 5 - 10 business days to show up in your account.
